Eunice Hyunhye Cho, Esq., Chair
Eunice is a Staff Attorney with the ACLU of Washington State. She is the daughter of immigrants from Korea, is a long-time advocate and organizer for immigrant communities, and is a graduate of Yale University and Stanford Law School.
Stephen Pitti, Ph.D., Member
Stephen Pitti is a Professor of American Studies and History at Yale University where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on Latinas/os in the United States. Born in Texas and raised in Northern California, he has provided Congressional testimony in favor of immigration reform, and he serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the National Parks.
Charles A. Black, Member
Charles served as Chairman of the Atlanta Student Movement, an affiliate of SNCC, from 1961-1962. Charles is a decorated alumnus of Morehouse College, and is one of only eight students to have been taught by Dr. Martin Luther King during his teaching tenure at Morehouse. Charles is also a professional actor on stage, screen, and television. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta NAACP and Hammonds House Museum, and is a volunteer with a number of community service groups.
Melissa Padilla-Vang, Member
Melissa is a 2012 graduate of Freedom University and a current undergraduate student at Dartmouth College.
